How to deal with the claim?
Our products are proceeded in a strict quality control system and scientific quality inspection standards. If the customer complaint (Residential or Commercial) is generated within two years from the date of original purchase from us. we will reserve the right to either repair the defect or provide the products for free to the original purchaser, including the local replacement cost of labor and freight.
