Outdoor bamboo decking is a reorganized bamboo. The raw material for outdoor bamboo flooring is renewable moso bamboo, which is very environmentally friendly. It is a new bamboo material that reorganizes and strengthens the bamboo material to form an eye-catching new material. The bamboo material is finely decomposed, dried, dipped, and then dried to meet the moisture content. It is treated throught high-temperature and high-pressure hot pressing technology to produce big boards, then cut into bamboo panels and made the profiles as required.
Product Feature and Application
The factory takes 5-6 years period of moso bamboo to become useful material, with a short cycle for renewal, and its utilization rate reaches to over 90%. The texture of the bamboo after processing is clear and beautiful. The density is as high as 1.2g/cm3, and the impact toughness is more than 17320N. It has the characteristics of high hardness, strong impact resistance, high durability, weather resistance, etc. Therefore our bamboo decking can be widely used in hotels, villas, clubs, office buildings, shopping malls, theaters, sports venues, amusement venues and other fields.
